Slow-cooked Belly Pork 

The perfect nutritious meal, simply reheat and enjoy!

Sous vide is a low-temperature cooking method where food is vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked in a water bath. French for "under vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water to gently cook food so that it stays juicy, flavourful and nutritious.

THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

Just simply reheat and add your accompaniments.


This product is already cooked and needs warming through.


Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. Place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.  Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.


If you prefer to have crispy belly pork, after 20 minutes of reheating, turn the oven up to 240°C/gas mark 8 to crisp the top.

Or alternatively, place under a hot grill until crispy.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

SUPPLIED FRESHLY COOKED AND IS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
