Sous Vid Shin of Beef in a Redcurrant & Rosemary Jus
Sous vide is a
low-temperature cooking method where food is vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked in
a water bath. French for "under vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water
to gently cook food so that it stays juicy, flavourful, and nutritious.
THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO
CONSUMPTION
Just simply reheat and use the juices to make the Jus and add your accompaniments.
This product is already cooked and needs warming through.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. Cover the dish with kitchen foil and pierce it several times. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

SUPPLIED FRESHLY COOKED AND IS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
