Sous vide is a low-temperature cooking method where food is vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked in a water bath. French for "under vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water to gently cook food so that it stays juicy, flavourful and nutritious.

THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

Just simply reheat and add your accompaniments.






This product is already cooked and needs warming through.


Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. Place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.  Use the juices to make your own minty gravy.

Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

Lamb, Sugar, Acids (sodium diacetate, malic acid) Dried Glucose syrup, starch, salt, dried mint (3.6%) Yeast Extract (Yeast extract, salt) Dried tomato, colours (paprika extract and natural rosemary Flavouring, Beta Carotene), Natural Flavouring, Thickeners (Xanthum Gum, Guar gum), Salt.

Manufactured on a site that handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.

SUPPLIED FRESHLY COOKED AND IS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
