vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water to gently cook food so that it stays
juicy, flavourful and nutritious.
THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO
CONSUMPTION
Just simply reheat and add your accompaniments.
This product is already cooked and needs warming through.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. Place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Use the juices to make your own minty gravy.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.
SUPPLIED FRESHLY COOKED AND IS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
