Slow-cooked Diced Venison Shoulder in a Garlic and Rosemary Jus

Sous vide is a
low-temperature cooking method where food is vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked in
a water bath. French for "under vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water
to gently cook food so that it stays juicy, flavourful, and nutritious.
THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO
CONSUMPTION
Just simply reheat by placing it in simmering water for 5 minutes and add your accompaniments.
This product is already cooked and needs warming through.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/gas mark 5. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. Cover the dish with kitchen foil and pierce it several times. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
