Slow-cooked Rack of Ribs with an accompanying pot of BBQ Sauce
Sous vide is a low-temperature cooking method where
food is vacuum-sealed and slowly cooked in a water bath. French for "under
vacuum," sous-vide uses heated water to gently cook food so that it stays
juicy, flavourful and nutritious.
THIS IS A COOKED PRODUCT AND MUST BE REHEATED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO
CONSUMPTION
Slow-cooked Rack of Ribs with an accompanying BBQ sauce.
Simply reheat at 100*C for 20 mins until piping hot throughout. Use the BBQ sauce as a dipping sauce or drizzle all over the ribs.
This product is already cooked and needs warming through.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 100°C/gas mark 1. Remove from the cooking bag and place in an oven-proof dish. (Reheat very slowly to retain the softness of the meat.)
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. When reheated thoroughly, cut the rack into slices.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Serve with the accompanying BBQ sauce in a dipping pot or drizzle the sauce to coat the ribs.
Please note: It is a personal choice if you choose to warm the BBQ sauce. However, the container of BBQ sauce is not microwavable and needs to be decanted into a microwavable dish or saucepan.

SUPPLIED FRESHLY COOKED AND IS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
