Our approx 400g Tomahawk Steak is well-marbled, big, thick ribeye with a bone still attached. The beautiful marbling adds a rich ribeye flavour.

Storage

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
