The foiled tray meals are for oven cooking only. 

NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

From Chilled:

Oven: Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cover tray with a layer of kitchen foil, pierce foil a few times, and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Manufactured on a site that handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
