sausages crafted by our expert accredited master butcher. Boasting well-developed flavours as a sausage should. Each variety is carefully planned to
compliment gourmet ingredients, such as Moccas wild venison, and to guarantee
the texture of every sausage.

Sausage of the Week: Pork & Cracked Black Pepper
A
simple, yet perfect recipe using cracked black pepper for a distinctive flavour
with a wonderful after-taste.
This can
be added to our Mix n Match collection of flavoured sausages.

Pork, Rusk
(WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron,
Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Yeast), Salt, Spices, Dried Onion, Potato Starch,
Sunflower Oil, Stabilisers (E450(i), E450(iii)), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Preservative:
SODIUM METABISULPHATE E223 (SULPHUR DIOXIDE (SO2)), Dextrose,
Antioxidant (E300), Water.
Manufactured on a site that handles
wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur
dioxide & sulphites.
SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
