NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

From Chilled:

Oven: Throw in a hot pan with a little oil, sear to perfection and serve with noodles or rice.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

If you have a temperature probe, use it to check the core temperature of the meat is above 72°C.

If 72°C is not reached, cook for a further 2 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until a core temperature of 72°C is reached.

Ingredients:  Beef, Peppers, Onions, Water, Sugar Syrup, Soya Sauce (Water, SOYA BEANS, WHEAT, salt), Vegetables (2% Black Beans, Garlic, Onion, Bell Pepper), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Vinegar, Colouring E150d (contains SULPHITES), Salt, Spices (contains SESAME), SHRIMP POWDER, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Sal-Ammoniac, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate

Manufactured on a site that handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
