A tender cut of beef from the lower back of the cow, sold as roasting joints and steaks. Typically, dense and rich to taste, Rump Steaks are an exquisite treat, whatever the occasion. Perfect as an introduction to our steaks.

Storage

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
