Oven: Preheat
oven to 180ºC. Cover tray with a layer of kitchen foil, pierce foil a few times, and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the layer of kitchen foil and cook in
the oven for a further 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.
