From Chilled:

Oven: Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cover tray with a layer of kitchen foil, pierce foil a few times, and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the layer of kitchen foil and cook in the oven for a further 5 minutes to crisp the bacon.

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
