Each variety is carefully planned to compliment gourmet ingredients, such as Moccas wild venison, and to guarantee the texture of every sausage.

·       Pork, Rusk, (Fortified WHEAT Flour, Calcium  Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Salt, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate E503) Salt, MUSTARD (MUSTARD) Dextrose, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Preservative: SODIUM METABISULPHITE E223 (SULPHUR DIOXIDE (SO2)) Honey Powder, Stabiliser, E450 Stabiliser E451 Flavouring Spice Extracts Antioxidant E301 sodium Citrate E331, Water.

Manufactured on a site that handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
