In 2014, Adrian was awarded the prestigious award of Accredited Master Butcher by the Meat Training Council. This impressive award makes him one of only 14 in the UK and the only one in Wales and the Three Counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire. This is the highest accolade a butcher can achieve and is something that we are very proud of. In 2017, 2019 and 2021 we won overall Supreme Champion and Reserve Champion of all meat hampers in Wales.
