The British love a great sausage and here at GVMG we make our own succulent sausages crafted by our expert accredited master butcher. Boasting well-developed flavours as a sausage should. Each variety is carefully planned to complement gourmet ingredients, such as Moccas wild venison, and to guarantee the texture of every sausage.

Welsh Dragon Sausage

Pork infused with Welsh Leeks, herbs and a hint of chilli, giving a slightly fiery-tasting sausage. 

This is a spicy version of our traditional pork & leek sausage.

This can be added to our Mix n Match collection of flavoured sausages.
