Each variety is carefully planned to compliment gourmet ingredients, such as Moccas wild venison, and to guarantee the texture of every sausage.
Rusk (WHEAT
flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Salt), Leek, WHEAT Flour
(Contains; Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Potato Starch, Salt,
Spices (Cayenne, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Coriander), Onion Powder, Yeast Extract,
Emulsifier E451, PRESERVATIVE: E221 (SULPHITES), Spice Extract, Water.
Manufactured on a site that handles
wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur
dioxide & sulphites.
SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING
Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.
DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
