The British love a great sausage and here at GVMG we make our own succulent sausages crafted by our expert Accredited Master Butcher using locally sourced, whenever possible, orchard reared pork. Boasting well-developed flavours as a sausage should. Each variety is carefully planned to compliment gourmet ingredients, such as Moccas wild venison, and to guarantee the texture of every sausage.
We provide high-quality pork products from carefully selected orchard-reared farms. Whether it’s cured or smoked, our bacon promises full flavoursome thick rashers. Our cures range from the traditional salt blends to sweet cures developed by our Accredited Master Butcher. Our sausage and bacon range has been Award Winning at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair.
