Adrian will be demonstrating how to cut up a Monmouthshire reared lamb. Adrian will skillfully demonstrate the technique of boning and rolling a shoulder of lamb, a cushion of lamb, lamb Noisettes and French trimmed Rack of Lamb at Taste of Monmouthshire, a boutique food and drink festival celebrating the finest foood and drink from Monmouthshire. Held at the Shire Hall, Monmouthshire on Sunday 19th August at 12:30pm.
