As a responsible business, we would like to ensure and reassure our customers and staff that their health and safety is of utmost importance to us. Given the recent outbreaks of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our local delivery area, (Monmouthshire, Newport, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent & Herefordshire) as a company we have put into action our policy in conjunction with the Public Health England to take steps to help prevent catching and spreading the virus.

We have seen an increase in home delivery service which is FREE on orders of £25 in Monmouthshire Herefordshire, Torfaen, Newport and Blaenau Gwent (for obvious reasons) and we have taken the following steps for any home or trade deliveries:

1. Your order will arrive individually boxed, lined with a box liner to ensure your items are contained and delivered in a refrigerated van.

2. On arrival, the driver will phone you to tell you that your order is outside.  We be operating a non contact delivery - the delivery will be left on your doorstep. 

3. Before existing the delivery van, the driver will use hand sanitising gel to clean their hands and subsequently put on disposable gloves.

4. Your order will either be left on your doorstep or handed over to you personally, as arranged in the telephone conversation.

5. On returning to the van, the driver will remove disposable gloves and dispose in a designated bin and use hand sanitising gel again before moving off.

PAYMENTS – To be made by card over the phone, bank transfer or via our website to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.

We are not accepting cash payments.
