We issued a poll about delivery options to our customer (daytime / evening)

With this in mind, and the easing of the government COVID19 restrictions, we are trialling new delivery time beginning the Monday 6th July 2020.

New Delivery Time:

NP4 – Wednesday evening / Thursday evening / Friday daytime

NP7 – Tuesday evening / Wednesday evening / Thursday evening / Friday daytime

NP10 - Thursday evening / Friday daytime

What happens when I place an order for my local delivery area?

We are working on adding delivery options to our website. This will enable our customers to select their preferred delivery day for, however in the meantime, could we ask that you enter this into the comments box at checkout please.

       1. When you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order and payment.

 

       2. Afterwards, you will receive a second email confirming the day, date and an approximate time of delivery. We will try our utmost to fulfil your required delivery day however if you are not going to be home, please could you let us know where to leave your order and if you require your order to be placed in a coolbox. We can leave your order in a secure place, alternative delivery address e.g. neighbour or relative.
