Description

An enormous steak is taken from the whole sirloin, this cut is the best of both worlds. On one side of the bone is a piece of tender fillet; on the other side is a piece of flavoursome sirloin steak. Juicy, tender and succulent, our T-bone steaks are trimmed and prepared by our accredited master butcher.

Storage

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
