The foiled tray meals are for oven cooking only. 

NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.

From Chilled:

Oven: Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cover the tray with a layer of kitchen foil, pierce the foil a few times, and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the layer of kitchen foil and cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

**THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDELINES ONLY**

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION

If you have a temperature probe, use it to check the core temperature of the chicken is above 72°C.

If 72°C is not reached, cook for a further 3 mins and check temperature again. Repeat this process until a core temperature of 72°C is reached.

Chicken Breast, Peppercorn Sauce (Water, Sunflower Oil, Thickening Agents: Guar Gum, Gelatin, Fat Powder (BUTTER OIL, Glucose Syrup, MILK Protein), Modified Maize Starch, MILK Protein, WHEAT Flour, Salt, Broth (Concentrated Beef Broth, Maltodextrin, Salt, Breadcrumb (WHEAT Flour, (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast, Colouring: Paprika (E160c) and Turmeric (E100). 

Manufactured on a site that handles wheat/barley (gluten), milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
