Cut from the chuck, our Stewing Steak is perfectly prepared, trimmed and diced by our accredited master butcher, bringing you maximum convenience as well as great taste. Ideal for stewing in a warming winter casserole or classic hot pot, its melt-in-the-mouth texture means you'll really notice the difference.

Storage

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
