Our unsmoked streaky bacon is a great way to add flavour to any meal such as risotto's and pasta dishes. It's used on joints such as our Award Winning Chicken Cushion to keep the joint from drying out during cooking.

Storage

SUPPLIED FRESH AND SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING

Freeze on the day of purchase and store between -18°C to -25ºC.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

Once defrosted store between 0 – 5°C. Use within 24 hours.

DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
