oven to 180ºC / Gas Mark 5. Remove from packaging and place in a deep roasting tin. Season the cushion prior to cooking and cover with kitchen foil. Cook in the oven for 2-2.5 hours. Remove the layer of kitchen foil and cook in
the oven for a further 10 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to rest finishing by
adding a large knob of butter.
